How we work

One partner, four commitments

You sign one agreement and get one roadmap, with senior partners who stay in the work. The companies in the group do the building. We answer for the whole.

Plan

We start with your business, not your website. We map how brand, web, and growth should work together, and put a number on what it is worth. You get a plan your board can read.

Build

We deploy the group. Flow Ninja runs the web, Studio Direction runs the brand, and together we rebuild the machine your marketing runs on, with AI in the pipeline.

Run

Websites are not projects, they are operations. We lead yours quarter after quarter, measured in pipeline and revenue, and we keep upgrading the machine as your business moves.

Stay

The senior partners who plan your engagement remain in it, in your calls and in your Slack, for as long as we work together. We keep the client list short so this stays true.

In it with you.

About

Who is behind this

I am Uroš Mikić, a Serbian entrepreneur based in Belgrade. I founded Flow Ninja in 2015 and spent a decade building it into a Webflow Enterprise Partner of the Year with a team of 65, working with companies like Upwork, Checkout.com, and 6sense along the way.

New Web Group is what came next: a home for the companies, products, and people I want to build the new web with, and where I now spend my weeks as a senior partner inside a small number of client engagements. I write about the journey in The New Web Stories.

The Thesis

The next era of the web belongs to operators

Design is a commodity

A passable website, a clean identity, a fine-looking product, anyone can prompt them into existence in an afternoon. That work is no longer worth paying for.

Decent became invisible

When nothing is inherently bad anymore, average disappears. The competition moved entirely to taste, execution, and absolute consistency across every touchpoint.

The web became an operation

Websites used to be projects: built, launched, forgotten. Now they behave like products, measured and improved week after week. Companies that operate their web compound, and companies that rebuild it every two years start over.

Presence is the premium

Every firm sends its best people to the pitch and its youngest to the work. When execution is everywhere and average is free, senior attention is the scarcest thing you can buy. We built the group so ours never leaves the room.

→ Think that there are secrets to growth

→ Want to see results tomorrow

→ Want a vendor you can hand a brief and forget

Capital

Want to become part of The New Web?

New Web Group takes minority positions in service businesses and products that build the new web, and brings them into a group with shared clients, playbooks, and standards. If you are building one with taste, craft, and a point of view, we would like to hear from you.
